Kubu

Kubu dive site is located a 15-minute drive outside the world-famous Tulamben dive site. This small village originally existed by extracting salt from sea water, or "sun salt". Today, the village is largely supported by diving tourism. The dive site is accessed directly from the beach and has a sandy bottom dotted with small but healthy coral reefs and beautiful sea fans. Look at those giant barrel-shaped sponges, and sometimes you'll find hairy squat lobsters hiding at the bottom.
